Diagonal freestyle layout for paths

Weijs Tuinen initially designed this slab for one of its exclusive garden projects. Used to create footpaths in a modern designed outdoor area, this new modular layout produces an intriguing effect. The set of four different slabs can be laid adjacent to one another in succession and a 180-degree rotation of some of the sets creates the illusion that each individual slab is different. The slabs look their best when placed in the longitudinal direction of an important sightline in the design. Contact Weijs Tuinen if you would like more information about this diagonal freestyle layout.

Would you like to have a parasol base in the same style as your patio? No problem! In this photo, the Schellevis 100x100x5 cm anthracite slab was used for this purpose. This is a fine example that demonstrates the possibility of drilling into the slab. Make sure that you use the right equipment for this purpose, that you work cleanly, and that you leave the patio clean afterwards.
