Complaints Portal
You can easily submit a claim through our new claims portal at www.schellevisweb.nl.
In the Order Overview, find the relevant packing slip and select the item for which you would like to submit a claim. The portal will then guide you through the process step by step.
Please provide all requested information as completely as possible and include clear photos to help us assess your claim quickly and efficiently.
